3. Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

Since our services are digital, fulfillment is handled electronically. Below is our standard delivery process:

  • Marketing and Lead Generation Services: Campaigns are typically launched within 3-5 business days after payment and client onboarding.
  • Custom Marketing Strategies & Consultation: Services are scheduled based on client availability and scope, with typical turnaround times between 5-10 business days.
  • Application Tracking System (ATS) Integration: Activation occurs within 1-3 business days after setup requirements are met.

4. Payment and Subscription Terms

  • Payment for services is processed securely via Stripe.
  • Subscription-based services are billed on a recurring basis as per the agreed-upon terms.
  • One-time services require full payment before execution.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been initiated. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error.
  • Failure to deliver services as outlined in the agreed scope of work.
  • Cancellations for subscription-based services must be requested at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
