To achieve this, we created OpenOTR.com—a job board integrated with AI technology, where drivers can see job posts from our clients who have opted into this program. In addition to the leads we generate from Facebook, OpenOTR provides another source of applicants for you.
Leads from our other clients that haven’t resulted in hires within 40-60 days will receive email and SMS messages, prompting them to check out your job offer on OpenOTR.com and apply if interested.
In return, we ask for your consent to use your old leads as well. They will be directed to OpenOTR.com to explore other job offers and apply directly to other trucking companies.
Drivers labeled as “HIRED” by your recruiters will be excluded from reciving promotional material for other companies.
IMPORTANT – We do not share driver information between companies. Instead, drivers receive targeted promotional materials, filtered and categorized by AI, for companies they are likely to respond to. They must apply to your job post and show interest in order for you receive their contact details.
We can list your job offers on OpenOTR.com for free and start referring old leads from other companies to your company.
All we need is your consent to send promotional materials to your old leads for other companies, making it a fair exchange.
You may already see your job offer posted on OpenOTR.com and receive occasional leads—all of which are organic, giving you an added benefit. However, if we do not receive your consent, we will remove your job posting from OpenOTR.com.
We’ve developed an in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) where all leads we generate for you are automatically recorded.
Regardless of whether you join the OpenOTR program, you will still have access to your dashboard.
Our ATS comes equipped with features such as notes, statuses, tasks, round-robin lead assignments for multiple recrutiers, recruitment stages, and automatic lead duplication recognition—all within TruckersFlow.APP.
Our ATS is also connected to your Facebook ads. This means that every status update and note you make will directly optimize the ads we run for you, helping you achieve better results simply by organizing your work.

No, all the leads you receive from OpenOTR.com are completely free.
No, that is neither our policy nor legal. We send email and SMS messages to older leads across participating companies, encouraging them to explore and apply to other job offers on OpenOTR.com. Your company will only receive an application if the driver willingly applies.
You will have an account in our ATS at TruckersFlow.APP. When you label a driver as “HIRED,” that lead is automatically removed from our “recycle system” and will not receive any promotional material.
Make sure all hired drivers are labeled correctly to prevent them from receiving promotional messages from us.
Yes! Another plus of joining the OpenOTR program is that you will get organic leads, from drivers that search for new opportunities on Google.
Unfortunately, we are not able to automatically send all the lead info from OpenOTR to your TenStreet (or other dashboards) as we do with all the leads we bring in from Facebook and Instagram.
The leads you get from OpenOTR will only be visible to your account/dashboard at TruckersFlow.APP
If you don’t have an account at TruckersFlow.APP, please contact your account manager to create the account for you.
If you choose not to join the OpenOTR.com program, we will not be sending marketing messages to your older leads to promote other trucking companies.
However, by the same token, we will not be able to promote your job offer to the older leads of the other companies we work with and you will miss out on the new, fresh, free, and interested leads.
By joining the OpenOTR.com program, you have nothing to lose, and much to gain.
