The number of hirings will vary based on many factors such as, but not limited to:  your job offer and its competence on the job market, your location and hiring locations, your route availabilities, market stability at the moment, the season of the year,  your requirements, the budget allocated to generate applications from drivers, your recruitment process and its simplicity/complexity, your recruiters and recruitment department, your available equipment, your online reviews and company reputation and so many more factors that are unpredictable but can significantly impact the transportation industry, and by extent all of our recruitment efforts, such as the Covid-19 situation we had, the stimulus checks that encouraged the general population towards being non-employed, political or economical disadvantages, inflations, recessions, and/or acts of God.
